As shown in Figure 10 d, from the recovery time data, as the hydrogen concentration increased from 0.5% to 2.5%, the recovery time of the sensor in the increase stage increased from 67 s to 91 s, showing a gradually extending trend; in the decrease stage, the recovery time varied within the range of 77–99 s, with an overall trend similar to that in the increase stage.
