Satisfaction with pain management also remained significantly higher in the intervention group, with a mean score of 4.4 compared to 3.4 in the control group, and a highly significant, with a p -value of <0.001. 4 Discussion This study provides evidence that staged nursing interventions during labor are associated with a significant reduction in analgesia-related complications, such as hypotension, respiratory depression, inadequate pain control, and post-dural puncture headache.
