Constrained principal coordinate analysis (CPCoA) revealed that bacteria (10.4%, P = 0.001) and fungi (10.5%, P = 0.001) explained great variation in the microbial communities, and the trend of sample separation between healthy and diseased samples was highly significant (Fig. 2 C).
