The multivariate model adjusted for age, sex, and BMI revealed that FTR angle > 10° (OR = 3.497, 95% CI: 1.370 ~ 8.926, P = 0.009) and Wiberg type I (OR = 4.364, 95% CI: 1.910 ~ 9.969, P = 0.000) remained strong risk factors, while patellar tilt angle (OR = 0.72, 95% CI: 0.51–1.02, P = 0.065) showed borderline significance after adjustment (Table 5 ).
