GSEA enrichment analysis indicated that the high-risk group exhibited distinctly significant enrichment, including in the cellular response to glucocorticoid stimulus, insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling, regulation of cell migration involved in sprouting angiogenesis, and response to epidermal growth factor (Fig. 3 A).
