The estimated marginal means (Appendix S1 : Figure S10 ) for the models with space‐use conditioned by vegetation classes showed a highly significant positive effect of both horse and cattle space‐use on NDVI‐change across the entire period (2017–2022), during drought recovery (2018–2019) and following the severe population reduction (2020–2022), and a negative effect during the drought (2017–2018).
