The difference in mean of change in confidence scores between the study groups was 1.934 (SE = 0.555; t = 3.493; p = 0.006), with an effect size of 0.590 according to Hedges and Hedberg [ 41 ] and Hedges [ 42 ] ( Table 1 ), and it was highly significant at a type-I error rate of α = 0.05.
