We show that healthier year one diet is associated with reduced CBCL TOT in those with a lower PGS of ADHD driven primarily by plant-based food intake, with reduced diet effect size at age three; in contrast, a longer breastfeeding duration was associated with reduced CBCL TOT in those with a higher PGS of CMSP, albeit at a borderline significant level.
