Notably, resistance to β-lactam antibiotics exhibited an increasing trend over time, with rates rising from 37.36% to 56.59% for cefuroxime, 31.61% to 38.98% for ceftriaxone, 10.34% to 24.52% for cefepime, and 16.89% to 29.88% for imipenem (Fig. 1 b).
