Among chlorogenic acid isomers, data indicated a highly significant positive correlation between 5‐CQA levels and elevation ( P ≤ 0.001) (Fig. 6a , Table S4 ). 3‐CQA and 4‐CQA showed similar trends with positive correlations ( P ≤ 0.01–0.001) with shortwave radiation (sw_rad), maximum and mean temperatures (Tmax, Tmean), and evapotranspiration (evap), while a negative correlation with relative humidity (Rh), cloud cover (Cc), and wind gusts (wnd_gst) (Fig. 6a,b ; Tables S4 and S5 ).
