Looking for more global patterns, we notice that IC6 shows an increasing trend in all conditions, patients and replicates and is enriched for processes related to nutrient deprivation, likely reflecting metabolic shifts in CLL cells towards the end of the culture due to reduced nutrient concentration (Supplementary Fig. 7 ).
