Age 0–5 years (OR = 5.36, 95% CI 1.8–18.1) and 15–18 years (OR = 3.27, 95% CI 1.1–9.6) were also associated with higher odds of remaining unclassified compared with the 5–10 year group, whereas DD showed a nonsignificant trend toward a reduced likelihood (OR = 0.14, 95% CI 0.02–1.1).
