Although sharing many characteristics with patients with LF‐LEF, pairwise comparison revealed that those with NF‐LEF were less likely to be men ( P =0.032) and have a history of medical treatment for heart failure ( P =0.004) and atrial fibrillation ( P =0.001), whereas advanced NYHA class ( P =0.062) and history with stroke ( P =0.072) were borderline significant (Table 1 ).
