At GS32, disease suppression varied significantly across lesion positions (Kruskal–Wallis, p < 0.001). Pairwise comparisons showed that lesions at the tip (lesions 5–6) were markedly more suppressed than those near the base, with differences between lesion 1 and lesions 5–6 highly significant ( p < 0.001, adjusted p = 0.0009), and between lesion 2 and lesions 5–6 significant ( p < 0.01, adjusted p = 0.0155).
