In contrast, Influenza A was strongly associated with headache (OR = 3.59, 95% CI: 1.44–10.24, p = 0.009), anorexia (OR = 4.76, 95% CI: 2.03–11.09, p < 0.001), and showed a marginal significance (OR = 1.57, CI: 0.98–2.50, p = 0.059) with fever, whereas cough showed a negative association (OR = 0.29, 95% CI: 0.11–0.77, p = 0.010).
