Neurodisability scale scores differed significantly across treatment response groups following prednisolone therapy ( P = .01), and post-hoc comparisons suggested a trend toward lower scores in complete responders compared to partial and nonresponders, although these differences narrowly missed significance after Bonferroni correction ( P = .051 and P = .053).
