In this study, patients with hepatocellular carcinoma exhibited an increasing trend in ADC values after receiving targeted immunotherapy compared to baseline; further prognostic analysis confirmed that elevated post-treatment ADC values are an independent protective factor for prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing targeted immunotherapy.
