Remarkably, we found that DENV2 loads measured by QRT-PCR analysis showed an increasing trend in naïve recipient mosquito cells incubated with virus supernatants from days 3 to 19; however, we noted a significant decrease in infection loads with virus supernatants from the day 33 to 175 timepoints ( Figure 4 A).
