The injection site of the dsRNA was at the anterior end of the abdomen, and distal tissues such as the gill, eyestalk, and antennal gland showed highly significant gene knockdown, which indicates a robust systemic RNAi capacity in juvenile P. ornatus (Fig. 4 ).
