However, when the stress exceeded a certain level (10 % elongation, 0.5 HZ, 24H), IFT88 levels showed a decreasing trend, and interestingly, when the frequency and amplitude of stretching were further increased (10 % elongation, 1 HZ; 15 % elongation, 0.3 HZ; 15 % elongation, 0.5 HZ; 15 % elongation, 1 HZ), IFT88 levels peaked earlier and started to show a decreasing trend ( Fig. 2 D-I).
