Importantly, we have demonstrated that the upregulation of SEMA3F and SEMA3G in tumor cells, which are known as tumor suppressor genes due to their inhibitory effects on angiogenesis, proliferation, adhesion, migration, and invasion in various cancers, including glioma, is highly significant.
