Instead, we describe highly significant differences in the activations and functional connectivities between the two hemispheres with moderate effect sizes for different types of visual stimuli, which provide very interesting evidence about how groups of cortical regions operate together (by being grouped in one hemisphere or the other) to process different types of visual stimuli.
