It may be significant that, as shown in the PONDR ® plot in Fig. 6 , the A3 epitope that is capable of inducing spreading and autoimmune disease like the EBNA1 epitope shown in Fig. 5 , is in a strongly ordered region located adjacent to regions of strong disorder of the PONDR ® plot.
