However, the robustness of our primary conclusions is supported by the following: (1) the improvements in all primary patient-reported outcome measures (Lysholm, IKDC, KOOS, Tegner) and key radiographic alignment parameters (HKA, MPTA) were highly significant (all P < 0.001); (2) even under the most conservative Bonferroni correction for the 9 primary comparisons in Table 2 (adjusted α = 0.05/9 ≈ 0.0056), these improvements remain statistically significant.
