Vitamin B12 and Atherogenic Index of Plasma (AIP) Across the vitamin B12 quartiles, highly significant differences were found in AIP scores among all B12 groups using one-way ANOVA analysis, which is used as an indicator of atherogenic risk to assess the cardiovascular risk profile (ANOVA: F(3, 20,661) = 143.977; p < 0.001; partial η 2 = 0.020).
