Strong correlations were observed between OM and BC in both cohorts, with correlation coefficients of 0.74 in All of Us and 0.81 in COMPASS. Over the past two decades, the concentration levels of all seven PM 2.5 components, except for OM, demonstrated a decreasing trend.
