Moreover, to find out whether prognostic genes can indicate immune cell infiltration in CC, the spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that CALML3 was an almost significant positive correlation with Dendritic cells resting, T cells CD4 memory resting and Monocytes, while Macrophages M0, and T cells CD4 naive were significant negative correlated with CALML3 , the correlation between VEGFA and immune cells was relatively low (cor ≥ 0.30, P < 0.05).
