Men with oligozoospermia (low concentration), teratozoospermia (poor morphology), or asthenozoospermia (motility defects) alone or in combination have a higher risk of testis cancer with highly significant HRs of up to 11.9 depending on the spermatogenesis anomaly present ( 8 , 13 , 16 , 68 , 69 ).
