Quantitative analysis of the normalized fluorescence signal ( ΔF/F 0 ) demonstrated a sharp rise within ~5 min of oxaliplatin application, reaching a plateau of approximately six-fold above baseline during the entire 20-min recording ( Figure 6(c) ) with a small trend of going down with time.
