A positive trend emerged with regard to patient safety reporting, with a significant proportion of participants (41.3% and 32.9%) reporting 6 or 10 patient safety events in the past year, while fewer participants (29.9% and 27.2%) reported three to five events in Dammam and Jeddah, respectively.
