Trend interpretation was based on the following criteria: when the estimated APC, AAPC, or EAPC was greater than 0 and the lower bound of its 95% CI was also greater than 0, the indicator was considered to show an increasing trend; when the estimated value was less than 0 and the upper bound of its 95% CI was less than 0, the indicator was considered to show a decreasing trend; when the 95% CI included 0, the trend was considered statistically nonsignificant and therefore stable [ 12 ].
