In a further complete-case sensitivity analysis restricted to patients with complete DEX dosing records ( n = 76), including weight, DEX loading dose, and DEX maintenance dose as covariates, the time ×HR Z -score interaction again remained highly significant [ F (3, 117.3) = 12.16, p < 0.001], while weight, DEX loading dose, and DEX maintenance dose were not significant predictors of the RPP trajectory (all p ≥ 0.63) ( Supplementary Text S2 ).
