Research on MMOF composites suggests that by 2024‐2025, the number of studies in the literature will be about three times higher than in 2018‐2019, indicating a possible trend for 2026 because this type of materials can impact diverse electrocatalytic factors such as current density, overpotential, and potential, half wave potential and other vital factors which are scrutinized in this review therefore Future electrocatalyst research can focus on assessing the interaction between MMOFs and their partners in MOF composites.
