Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR) analysis showed that IONP6 significantly downregulated the expressions of pro‐inflammatory mRNA such as Il‐6 , tumor necrosis factor‐α ( Tnf‐α ), and Il‐1β , while the expression of Il‐4 , Il‐10 , and Arg1 showed an increasing trend (Figure 2J,K ).
