During the 24-week observation period in this study, the response rate showed a decreasing trend over time (from 78% [49 of 63] at week 8 to 60% [38 of 63] at week 24), and immunoglobulin levels remained below baseline levels, indicating the need for a longer follow-up period to further evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of daratumumab treatment for immune thrombocytopenia.
