Educational status was also significantly associated with zero ANC uptake; women with primary education (AOR = −0.707, 95% CI: −0.989, −0.425) were substantially less likely to have zero ANC visits, while those with secondary (AOR = −0.596, p = 0.062) and higher education (AOR = −1.202, p = 0.059) showed similarly strong but borderline significant reductions in zero utilization.
