Despite baseline lipid ROS levels in untreated populations only showing a small trend towards decreasing with starting density, we also tested whether population growths could be enhanced in any of the three densities by inhibition of ferroptosis using Fer-1, finding a small tendency towards enhanced cellular growth upon inhibition of ferroptosis in the LD condition.
