16S rDNA gene sequencing of cecal microbiota revealed that when the replacement proportion reached 100 %, the α-diversity indices (Chao1, faith_pd, observed-features) and the number of OTUs showed a decreasing trend, along with a reduction in the relative abundance of the phylum Firmicutes.
