As seen in Figure 2a , vaccine coverage among older adults was highest in Saudi Arabia, which demonstrated a positive trend from 8.4% in 2018 to a peak of 44.4% in 2022 before decreasing to 5.7% in 2023 and 15.6% in 2024.
