Furthermore, while earlier evidence suggested that patients with lung Sqc may derive greater survival benefits from immunotherapy than those with lung adenocarcinoma [ 40 – 42 ], the results of our study revealed that lower DHGN score patients with lung Sqc had better PFS than those with lung adenocarcinoma, although their OS advantage did not achieve significance.
