First, National Health Interview Survey and claims data show an upward increased trend over time for mt-sDNA use and a decreasing trend for FIT use. 7 , 23 , 24 Thus, the first sensitivity scenario evaluated changing the proportion of increases for FIT and next-generation mt-sDNA to a 25%/75% ratio, and in the second sensitivity analysis, to a 0%/100% ratio (eg, FIT use remains constant and only next-generation mt-sDNA increases).
