Factors associated with patients with different UACR classification Comparative analysis of clinical parameters across UACR groups revealed statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) in HbA1c, CRP, WBC, NEUT, Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index(SII), PCT, and ESR between the UACR <30 mg/g group and the other two groups, with these markers exhibiting an increasing trend as UACR levels rose.
