Discussion In this study of Medicare beneficiaries residing in low PM2.5-exposed zip codes, we observed a borderline significant association between annual average PM2.5 and all-cause mortality among non-Native American beneficiaries after adjustment for geographic context, socioeconomic position, and baseline morbidity.
