As a sensitivity analysis, we also fit a model containing all candidate predictors without prior selection (Supplementary Table S2); effect estimates were consistent with the main analysis in direction and magnitude, although frailty narrowly missed statistical significance in the full model (aOR: 0.72, 95% CI: 0.51 to 1.02).
