While no statistically significant difference was observed in gestational age at birth (MD = -0.15; 95% CI: -0.29 to 0.00, P = 0.05), a slight trend toward earlier delivery was noted in the ABE group, warranting cautious interpretation and further investigation (Fig. 4 ).
