Results demonstrated that the pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib arm achieved significantly prolonged median PFS compared with sunitinib monotherapy (23.9 months versus 9.2 months; HR 0.39; 95% CI, 0.32–0.49; p < 0.001), markedly improved ORR (71.0% versus 36.1%), and showed a favorable trend in median OS (HR 0.66), although median OS was not reached in either arm.
