Results After the intervention, athletes’ occupational burnout decreased significantly.Scores for emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced professional efficacy dropped from 4.23 ± 1.25, 3.87 ± 1.12, 4.01 ± 1.18 to 3.12 ± 1.08, 2.95 ± 0.98, 3.05 ± 1.02, respectively.Paired-sample t-tests revealed highly significant differences for all subscales (t = 5.31–5.81, all p < 0.001).
