Conversely, for SMI decrease, the ORs were 1.02 (0.93–1.12), 0.92 (0.84–1.00), and 0.85 (0.77–0.93) in men and 1.18 (0.84–1.65), 0.73 (0.55–0.98), and 0.67 (0.51–0.88) in premenopausal women, showing a decreasing trend in the likelihood of reaching the optimal SUA levels.
