Similar MVA in the Italian cohort confirmed the independent significance of NRAS + SETBP1 (HR 3.3; p = 0.01), NPM1 (HR 7.8; p < 0.01), ASXL1 (HR 1.6; p = 0.04) and CMML-2 (HR 2.8; p < 0.01, while BCOR (HR 2.3; p = 0.1) and ASXL1 + RUNX1 (HR 1.6; p = 0.16) demonstrated borderline significance, suggesting that the contribution of these signatures is modified by accompanying clinical variables (Table 2 ).
