Stim-Off Tremor scores revealed a highly significant reduction in tremor severity (FTM-TRS mean ± SEM: Stim-Off 14.79 ± 1.14; Stim-On 3.71 ± 0.91), with an average relative tremor reduction of 75% (Range 33–100%) (absolute change: -11.07 ± 1.16; p = 3.23 × 10 −7 ) (Fig. 1A ).
